Expertise

NeoPrima Ventures® was launched in 2016 and brings hands-on experience across the full arc of medical device and MedTech innovation, from early concept through FDA clearance and commercial launch.

Our investments span the body and the care setting: devices that enter where surgeons once could not, therapies that intervene before crisis, and platforms that extend clinical reach beyond the hospital wall.

We have structured SAFE notes, convertible instruments, and preferred equity rounds alongside founders navigating complex regulatory pathways, and we bring the same depth of engagement whether a company is redefining surgical access, developing wearable therapeutics, or optimizing care at the point of need.
