Kenny Nova
Founder & Managing Partner
As the Founder and Managing Partner of NeoPrima Ventures, Kenny brings a deep commitment to medical device and life science innovation, working closely with founders to build enduring companies in the sector. Drawing on a broad investing, entrepreneurial and advisory background, he leverages experience, relationships and resources from first check through growth and exit to accelerate each stage of the company-building journey. He is a member of the New York Angels — ranked among the leading U.S. angel groups by invested capital — where he leads the MedTech group. He also holds memberships at the NuFund Venture Group and Mid Atlantic Bio Angels. He is a faculty member at the Johns Hopkins Center for Bioengineering Innovation and Design, where he teaches medical device entrepreneurship. Additionally, he serves on the Tufts University Board of Trustees and is a board advisor for the Tufts University School of Medicine and the Derby Entrepreneurship Center. Kenny earned a BA from Tufts University, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and an MSE from Johns Hopkins University.
